I am assuming you have a 2g because of the HRC turbo comment so bear with me.
For one the motor mounts are in a different spot for the 2g Chrysler engine. Also it would be far from a drop in afair as you will need a turbo ECU among a lot of fabrication and or replacement of lines, hoses, tranny etc.
You have to remember the engine that the car came with is far different than the one you are trying to put in, in fact backwards.
It would be much easier to do this in a 1g as the diferences between wireing and placement are far from as much of an issue and it is already a 4g63 just not turbo.
You would still have to get a turbo ECU in this case though.

actually hrc makes parts for all turbo models too. they just happen to be most known for their work with the 2g nt's.
i started a long discussion about the jdm engine swap into my nt with the michigan dsm guys. basically we came to the decision that i could probably find an awd dsm for the same amount after i sold my car. plus i'd also have awd too. personally i just decided to see how things work out with scholarships and everything here at school and am going to get a nitrous setup this summer. a 75 shot + my old mods should put me right around 225 at the wheels with plenty more room to work.

It's been done, and my friend who did it (Jay Jay, of "Deceptions motorsports"), said he would not recommend it to anyone.
In the end, it required the shop to weld on a whole new front clip, which I think included up to the firewall. You can see where they welded and seamed it in. The strut towers are a bit different, and so are hole in the firewall. It cost over 5000$ in just parts, and probably another $5000 for paint and labor. He could have sold his car and bought 1 2g AWD, or 2 1g AWD's for that much money ;). He is going pretty fast now though, and the car looks a lot better than it had (he didn't have enough money or time to paint some parts).
I think he blew his N/T engine, and decided this was a better option ;)
Crazy? Yes :) But maybe what he saves in insurance will pay some of the expenditure back.. by the year 2030 ;)

Insurance yes! I have a 92 NT and wont go near a turbo - I'll just do the upgrade. Insurance for a turbo awd vs an NT (modded to a turbo) is like $1000 a year for me atleast. I have nationwide, but typically, if they know you got a turbo under that hood, they will make you pay for it.

I;'m doing it right now on a 1G NT, it's too much money and pain. But i'm so far into it that I might as well just do it ya know? really the parts cost about $1500+ depending on how good a deal you get on the parts, plus not to mention those are stock parts so it'll cost even more to start off with aftermarket shit, you gotta change pistons, wiring harness, and all that ecu and shit just to make it as good as a stock DSM and then by the time you're done it'll only be FWD anyways. Just get a AWD DSM, because after you spend all the money for the conversion, you might have paid off the insurance on the AWD for the entire year. if ya know what i mean, hit me up on email and i'll give you details if you still want to do it.
