are underdrive pulleys worth it?

Anyone know if the $170 for the underdrive crank pulley for a 1g 2.0nt is worth it (as far as power for the $)....
and is the full set any better than just the crank pulley?
How difficult is it to install them?

Is the pulley worth it? Yep! it is pretty difficult to install, I would take it down to your local mechanic.I have an unorthodox underdrive pulley and I saw an imediate difference, and you know the lag you get when you have on your air conditioner. Its gone! and there is better throttle response and some hp gain, as far as a noticable difference you will be able to tell. I highly recomend it for your N/T.
