Im sorry to day but Im selling my 91 eagle NT....for and OLDSCHOOL mustang...... Ive been beat too much... Im not ashamed to drive my dsm..... but i usually second think dragracing other cars now.... Im moving on I need more Power.... With the mustang im getting ill be over 350+HP so I think that will be enough... Goodbye

the awd talon and eclipse are awesome cars. you really should have gone with those type. the talons and eclipse when you have the right combination you will be surprised to see the results. look at many other people that have talons that are kicking ass!! tym switzer, sean glazer, jeff hill, john shepherd, dan cokic, and many more that have powerful talons or eclipse that really dont want to come out and show the real potential of these cars. you have your reason and i wish you good luck but i wont be surprised that you get another 4banger. be cool!

Well, if you would have got a turbo, I bet you would feel different about the whole v8 thing.. But, since you didn't your gona buy a 5.slow... wait till a little 4-banger beats your Rustang then you'd be wishing you boosted.... anyway good luck...

Do what you wanna do. I'm buying a Honda. Turbo DSM's, at least 2nd gens, are pieces of shit anyways. It would cost thousands to make a turbo push 350 horse out of a DSM-and then the tranny or rear end would blow. Turbos are nothing more than parasites, cheap ways to get horsepower. I like the styling better than mustangs, yes, but the truth is normaly aspirated motors long, long, outlive turbo motors. I had high hopes for my DSM once, too. Too much $ to fix the constant breaking parts. Time to pack up my bags and go home, too...

I had 90 GS and it was as reliable as i thought
I have two cars now, a 97 GS and a Prelude V-Tec. Let me tell you something, for a normally aspirated engine, the V-Tec can sure kick ass

My 91 Eclipse AWD has over 170,000 miles and is still running strong. The tranny is all original too. The secret to long tranny life in a high powered dsm is not too speed shift second gear at the track or buy a less aggressive clutch to act as a fuse. I feel sorry for you guys but in my opinion you just bought the wrong DSMs (non- turbo) for serious HP cheap. and the 2g GS-T is gonna cost your serious loot off the top cause the Turbo sucks. I also have a Mustang V8 and it only has 95,000 miles on it. The thing leaks more oil than the Exxon Valdez...and sucks gas. Just dont let me catch you pushin that Honda or I will have to remove it doors fer Ya!!

why would you go buy a honda or a mustang...lol..DSM's can be way faster..personally i like the 1G's more then the 2G's but there still good cars. And if some one had one and it was a pos, maybe you shouldn't drive it like you did.
