I dunno what it is, but it seems when i am driving in second gear at about anywhere from 2000-3000 rpms or maybe a little more, i floor it and as soon as the turbo kicks in it starts feeling like its stuttering. i keep accelling but its like something isnt right. its like turbo is on and off on and off, but according to my boost guage my boost is stable. it just doesnt seem like the boost is stable, anyone know what could be messed? thankx

Stuttering/bucking can be a boost leak, but you said your boost is stable, so it probably isn't that. I would replace the plugs and gap them to .028, and either replace the plug wires or find another set to test.

yeh i also forgot to add that its according to my stock boost guauge, the boost is consistant. i know those arent real accurate but i thought maybe accurate enough.

I had a friend who had a problem like that and it turned out the plugs were bad. All he did was replace the plugs and the problem went away. You might want to try that. He also replaced the magnecor wires. If you have magnecor wires, that might be the culprit. Correct gapping of plugs can also fix that problem.

The stock boost gauge is worthless, it could be aboost leak then also. I would start with the plugs though.

Just get some NGKs 6s or 7s... Stay away from Platinum, split fire or any other hokey scams.

Of course try the simple stuff first just to make sure.
Have you replaced your ECU capacitors yet? I heard they are good for 7 years.

problem fixed with ngk spark plugs set around .030 and some accel 300 wires. thanx alot guys
Hope you didn't have to sacrafice any body lims for those Accell wires...
I paid $35 for a set of NGK wires, and they've done fine for me. I saw a FWD Talon dyno to 460`something HP on a set, figure it's good enough for my car. :)
