eclipse cd player in a 91 eclipse gsx

Anybody ever have an eclipse cd player in their 1g? I put mine in and there were gaps between the trim bezel and the player. Anybody ever have a problem like this, other than me, and if so, is there a way to fix this 'ish?

I am not 100% sure of what problem you had. I looked at the eclipse decks and they look just like any other deck :) I just recently put in my own Sony Deck and I had to take out the double DIN (I think that is what it is) stock radio. I had to buy a kit that cost $15 to mount it inside. The fit is actually on the tight side, as I have to really squeeze and push to get the outside plate back on... but now it fits nice and snug :)

BTW: you planning on putting subs in the back? I had to take out my spare tire so that my one 10" box would fit in. :(
