Loose lug nuts

It seems everytime I go anywhere, my front lug nuts come loose. Its not from not being tight either. I've got to buy some more due to the fact that 2 of the nuts have damaged threads now because of it. Any ideas?? Maybe they are the wrong nuts. The size is 12x1.5 and they are the mags with the washers. I beleive these are the right ones but if anyone knows different please feel free....

I would go to the dealer and buy some or go to a local junk yard and check to see if they got a 1st gen,get the lugs off that.YOu probably could try some thread lock.I don't know if that will help or not.
