99GST and I mainly road race / auto x. I'm looking to get sway bars for the front and rear. I have heard nothing but good things about RM sway bars. What can anyone say about the Suspension Techniques? I can get the suspension tech for close to $260 for the pair.
I am having a hard time finding someone who sells the RM bars. Everyone gives me the "oh I got mine through a group purchase a while back"

Hi, I've installed these on my GST, every GST should have these gems. Oh forget about waiting for groupbuy.. mine was $321 shipped to my house, just go to rmdsm.com and get their phone number, call and order.
I don't know if your driving style is oversteer or not, but I put both front and rear on at the same time, mine is for street driving so I need the car to be safe and not fishtail on the street.
It is hard to get the car to understeer after installing these, I was taking a turn and with my tire squealing slightly, but no plowing and very controllable. It is so fun; just don't slam on the brakes while turning or the car may powerslide..
Any more questions just ask

I have Stillen sways on my 96gst.I think they are the same size as the RM ones. The only difference is that the RM ones are red and Stillen ones cost $260.

The suspension techniques bars are typically designed to keep the cars understeering character from my experience in other cars.
Go with the tried and true bars direct from RM, better to do it right than twice IMO.

Hey you have a good point Nick, I never thought about other company's sway bars, but if theirs simply increase size and stiffness equally, then your car will just reduce roll. RM has done their math, to get rid of understeer.

Hey Chi99GST,
If you are looking for the RM sway bars - http://www.RMDSM.COM.
This is getting spoky. I just posted my first reply to the question regrading your brake question .. and now I find the questoin regarding sway bars. Believe it or not, I bought my 97 GSX from the guy who developed the RM Racing sway bars. He has a website [www.rmdsm.com], and will talk to you regarding all your questions and concerns. While you are there, click on the link to see my car [which was his former R&D car]. If you have specific questions, shoot me an e-mail at speeding_gsx@hotmail.com.

Hey Pete did he put the nitrous on the 360 modena? Somebody said he was doing that soon (but why?).

Nick,
He sure did, Michael had said something about Randy pushing the 'button' for the 1st time last Monday [the 5th]. Why, well that's a good question. But I do know that NOS is something he has had on his NSX in the past. I guess if you've had a good experience with it, why not. But you are right, hello .. it already has crazy power, and who wants to toast one of those engines.
Ps. I got a chance to see that car in person about a month ago, Randy has already developed a full carbon fiber kit for the rear engine hatch - nice.

You should tell him to develop a twin turbo kit for it, 1100hp doesn't sound too far out of the question :). If only I had the money.....
