ok i got about 180,000 miles on my car and i dunno if the dude before me changed it, so i plannin on changing this weekend. what kinda of fluid do i use? what kind is the best??

ive heard good things about the bg syncroshift and red line. i just drive my friends gvr4 and he has red line and its really nice feeling. if you want to buy it online RRE sells the syncroshift on their website and i think that there are places that sell redline.

GM SynchroMesh works really good. Just stop by and General Motors dealership (Chevy, Pontiac, GMC, etc.) and pick some up. Relatively cheap.

i know the prices aren't the same nation wide, so what would u think it would be the average cost?? 10-20 dollars:confused:
