Im might get some new rims on my car soon. I was wondering, what tire should I get? I probably goin with a 60 sidewall. 195, 205, 215, 225? I Dont want nuttin where the rim is as wide, if not wider, than the tire. But dont want tire way over rim. Any suggestions?

If you are to go with 16x7 wheels either 195,205,215,or 225 will work fine. But there are factors. What do you plan on doing with your car on these wheels. Do you plan on just having them for show or are you looking for better cornering, traction,....etc. Figure this, there are approxiametly 26.375mm to every inch. On a 7 inch wheel that equals just around 185mm. If you were to put 185mm tires on the those wheels that would be the best for the least amount of sidewall flex(of course smaller tires than that is even less flex, but who would even consider less than 185mm tires)But 225mm tires would be nice because of the added traction but more sidewall flex. Get what Im saying, I could go on for awhile about wheels and tires.
But as in sidewall percentage 60% would prob be a little too much, My stock talon came with 205 55 16, which would be the stock settings for the odometer. Lets say with 205mm tires on 16" wheels, If you were to go to 60% sidewalls, you would lose a little bit of acceleration, but gain alittle more mpg. And 50% is the opposite. I hope that helps you out alittle bit.
