My tranny started like slipping when it downshifted(i would floor it and the rps would go up the CLUNK) and i was off. When i put it into gear it hesitated for about 3-5 seconds b4 it went into gear. Now the latest thing, when i put it in gear like normal it just didnt go in. So i gave it gas and it SLOWLY shook in. Reverse works like a top thou. So i drove it home and havent driven it scence. I have gotten manny oppinions, some say torque converter, some say tranny rebuild. I would really like to get the oppinion of someone who knows. also wondering if a 1990 trany (2.0 DOHC N/T) would fit in a 1991(with no mods) or a 1.8 in a 2.0?? thanks
