PLEASE HELP!!! Is this a case to rebuild tranny?

PLEASE I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET!! Im not much of a mechanic but heres my problem... Whenever i slam my brakes or juss enough that the car's body leans foward it goes into neutral. And stays in neutral no matter how much i press on the gas.. it takes about 2-5 sec before i pops back into first gear. Someone suggested it might be my motor mouts or my tranny fluids. I have no clue.. any suggestions?
I have a nt 96 eclipse. 2.0 if that helps any... thanks

noep not the motor mounts. Make sure it's not low on tranny fluid. If the fluid looks good and it's full you probably need a rebuild.

how much tranny fluid should i put .. i rtan the tranny hot and i guess therer was barely any fluid in there... how much should i put and what type?
