hey guys.. well times to do work on my car since the abominal snowman beat it to death. Now this is what i'd like to know about... i'd like to lower my car a little not too much have enough trouble bumping the ground with my stock front end. (bumpy road) i'd like a decent ride.. but a lowered look. What can you guys suggest? Thanks!
i'd like to stay around $750... i have no idea whats out there! :O) Thank you

Well I think the best lowering springs out there are Eibach Pro-kit (1.3") or SportLines (1.8")
If you want coilovers the best are DSS (i dont think they lower more then 1.8"-2") or Ground Controls (3" max i believe, they also use Eibach springs)
So it depends how low you want to go and if you want to keep it or change it from time to time. I believe the lowering springs cost around $200 and the coilovers $300-$400. Serch and you will find good deals.
That will leave you enough for socks/struts.
The stock springs will not be able to handle the stiffer rates. Konis are of much higher quality than anything KYB makes. They also ride much better than AGXs. IMO everything KYB makes is crap. Go to shox.com for the best pricing on them.
Still have money left? If so they you should also get aligment chamber kits, strut tower braces, but that depends on how low you go. Ask people with the kit you plan on going with if they needed an chamber kit.
What kind of car do you have?

I've had both Intrax (1.75" drop) and Sprint Springs (2" drop) on my Eclipse and then my new talon. Both gave a decent ride, a bit bouncy, probably due to my stock shocks, but they didn't ride harsh. I wanted a pretty low look, and I had to adjust the rear camber on them (they are adjustable in the rear of the 1G awd, not sure on the others) so I just sat my tires straight up level, and left it at that. In my opinion, the eibach pro-kit (1.3" drop) isn't nearly enough to get the look, but it will improve handling a great bit. The sportline kit is probably similar to the intrax drop, very nice. Check out the recent thread of "pics of slammed cars" to get some idea of what they look like. By the way, the car in my signiture has the sprint springs on it.

I've got a 91 Talon TSI AWD right now as it is, i need new camber arms and adjustment and some bushings for the other arms in the rear end... what should i do? get them from sunset mitsubishi? (much cheaper than if i went through any dealer here and i work at one.. and they're cheaper than my discount) what do you suggest? thanks! :O) well the new "kit" i'm getting is all fiberglass so i don't want to mess it up.. so not tooo overly low.. but a more squatted look. :O) thanks
