WTF is wrong with my headlights

heres the question in each side theres 2 bulbs high/low beam right??

because right now on my right side my daylights are on, when i turn on the low beams it shuts off, high beams it works.... is the daylight bulb and the high beam the same bulb??

is there a fuse for left and right lights?? i thought they were on the same fuse??


Also theres only one fuse box which is right behind the front right headlight right??

In my car I have 2 fuse boxes, one in the engine bay, and the other is below the steering wheel, under the dash on the left side.
