Is a 17" wheel that weights 25lbs considered way heavy?
I want to pick up a set of wheels for racing purposes but definitely don't want heavier than daily ones!

Yeah.....25lb is kinda heavy. Check out Volk wheels....the TE-37 is awesome. Also check out Racing Hart...The CP-10 weighs 17lb. Enkei also has some half decent wheels too, but check out the weights, some are heavy.

well its still lighter than stock gst wheels. i mean some wheels will cost you thousands and only get you a little better acceleration while you can just go with some cheaper ones and buy a turbo or something and get an even bigger gain. another thing is $$$$ wheels make your car more atractive to theives!

Thats pretty heavy, but if you gonna look at the TE-37 you better rob a bank or something. they will break yo ass.. But they are the best forged racing wheel for imports at this time and the 17's only weigh 9 pounds without the tire.
