What does it mean when a turbo is clipped. I have no idea. I feel like an idiot for asking. Thanks

A small area of the wheel is ground away at a certain angle, like 10 or 15 degrees. Supposedley increases flow, but also increases boost threshold.:(

Clipping will loose a little spool up time but gives you quite a bit more top end power. Later
