View Full Version : NT & cold air (good mix) :)

Well i just thought i would let you all know (1Ger's) that as you prolly know there is not an after market cold air intake for are cars currently on the market. So i decided to solve that little problem, i am currently working on a prototype cold air intakefor 1G NT'safter i finish and test the setup (friday) if it turns out to be as sucessful as i think it should be, i will be producing them for sale. I have not decided on where exactly the air filter will mount but i am pretty sure i am putting it beside the coolent tank. It will be made of ABS pipe for now and i will have a heat blocker on the back side towards the headers to help block out engine heat and a k&n filter. All the 'gasket' connecters will be marine grade rubber exhaust piping. and will come complete with heat sheild, mounting braket ,k&n filter for an extra charge and instructions. (if all testing goes well i will post it up :) )

i am not for sure about cost right now, but i would guess 50 or 60 bucks.
