My radiator is all dented up and pretty rusty in the inside..would this radiator be worth it and could I actually get power out of it?

You won't notice any difference in power with a radiator. Those claims are BS, temperature is regulated at the themostat, so you'll get 190 degrees even if you have a radiator 12" thick.
