Laser, Talon, Eclipse ECU's compatible?

My GF's ECU on her 1.8L eclipse is fried. I have in my hands a plymouth laser ecu from the same year (92) same tranny (auto), same everything...

Here are the #'s...is it compatible?

Mitsubishi Symbol on top
Sticker on the sides says "8658"
