The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section (a.k.a. DSM Trader, DSMtrader.com) is hosted and adminstered by DSMsource.com. By using the DSMsource.com Classifieds Ads Section you accept the terms of these DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section Rules. These rules are in addition to the DSMsource.com Master Rules, to which all users must also agree. Please read this agreement carefully.

1. General Provisions

DSMsource.com respects your privacy. Please take a moment to review our privacy policy.

DSMsource.com may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. Through your continued to use this website you agree to be bound by this agreement, as modified. DSMsource.com may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this website, or any portion of this website, at any time.

The material that appears on DSMsource.com is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing goods or services you have read about on DSMsource.com, you should confirm with the buyer or seller any information (including the price) that is important to your purchasing decision. DSMsource.com is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, any such goods or services.

If you beleive that an ad or a contact from a user violates the Classified Ads Rules, you may forward a copy of the material to classifieds@dsmsource.com along with a brief explanation of the violation. You may also use the "Report Bad Ad" link that appears in every ad. Please note that we do not mediate or otherwise get involved in any disputes, and we do not personally respond to all items that are forwarded for review.

2. Geographic Limitations

Use of The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section (a.k.a. DSM Trader, DSMtrader.com) is limited to the USA, USA Possessions, and Canada. Do not post an ad and do not contact a poster if you are outside the USA, USA Possessions, or Canada. Use from outside of this allowed geographic area is expressly prohibited.

3. Non-Commercial Use Only

Use of The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section (a.k.a. DSM Trader, DSMtrader.com) is intended only for non-commercial (private) use only. Members are invited to buy and sell items that are for personal use. The use by businesses is expressly prohibited, regardless if it is a "legal" or "illegal" business entity. If you are buying or selling any items other than those for Personal Use, it is a business. If it seems like a gray area, that likely means you are a business.... do not post. We have advertising opportunities available for businesses.

4. Posting Restrictions

Five ads maximum per member at any one time. No double-posting of the same item(s). Ads must be on-topic (pertinent to the category your are posting in).

5. Buying and Selling Vehicles or Merchandise

The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section is a Classified Ads resource that brings together buyers and sellers of vehicles, parts, and potentially other items and/or services. Information about a particular vehicle, part, item, or service is supplied by the user posting the ad and not by DSMsource.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers on DSMsource.com may exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, compliance fees, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle or item. Though we hope that all who come to DSMsource.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we do not verify the information thet the users sellers supply or guarantee the vehicle, part, item, or service they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle, part, item, or service that the check or other payment he/she gets from the buyer is valid. When using this website to sell your vehicle, part, item, or service or to buy a vehicle, part, item, or service, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would use in selling a vehicle or merchandise through, or responding to, a classified ad in the newspaper. There is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment. At all times, buyer and seller beware.

When you offer a vehicle, part, item, or service for sale through DSMsource.com, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle, part, item, or service at the price at which, and the terms on which, you have listed it. You must have the ability to transfer title or ownership. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle, part, item, or service listed in The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. DSMsource.com reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with the DSMsource.com Master Rules or the DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section Rules, or who, in our sole discretion, otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate. DSMsource.com is not under any obligation whatsoever to provide notice if a users use of this website is denied.

Responsibility for the information contained in listings lies with each user that posts an ad. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all messages transmitted through DSMsource.com, or made possible by, initially or subsequently, by DSMsource.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the vehicle, part, item, or service you arre trying to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the vehicle, part, item, or service. Because any erosion of user confidence in you may be accompanied by erosion of user confidence in the ads in general posted at The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section, we may exhibit zero tolerance even in cases that, in our sole descrtion, may even slightly appear like a violation of these rules.

DSMsource.com, which in this instance includes any owner(s), moderators, or others involved in the adminstration of the website, may at its sole discretion perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer a vehicle, part, item, or service in an ad placed in The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section are prepared to sell the vehicle, part, item, or service they advertise at the price(s) at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. By using The DSMsource.com Classified Ads Section, you agree to cooperate in these random quality assurance tests. If our tests reveal, or we otherwise learn, in our sole discretion, that a seller is engaging in "bait and switch", or in any other practice(s) we believe to be potentially unfair or deceptive, DSMsource.com reserves the right to deny, change, or restrict access to any portion of this website, at any time.

Although DSMsource.com cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using DSMsource.com you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy DSMsource.com.

By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of DSMsource.com, or the vehicle, part, item, or service they have listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore a potential transaction specifically related to the listed vehicle, part, item, or service.

These Classified Ads Rules have been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of New York. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Erie County, New York in any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this website.
