Registration Problems? MUST READ THIS!
So I don't have to keep responding to numerous emails asking the same question(s,) I will jot these down here. If you use the 'Contact Form' before reading this, your query will not be responded to.

Question: Why is my email address banned?

Answer: You are not allowed to use it because of one of the following reasons:

a) It is a prohibited email account like the free email variety eg. Yahoo, Hotmail, GMail etc. There are no exceptions. You can not use any of these. Why? Because you can easily create another and re-register if we ban your account. Also, we have had people create several user accounts using these free emails (account churners) with the sole intent of scamming & stealing from DSMsource members. You can thank all these scammers and thieves for this little inconvenience.

b) You were once a member of this forum and you were banned. Your email account was also banned as well when your account was deactivated.

c) You recently registered and knowingly provided FALSE INFORMATION in your user profile. e.g. I always find people putting 123 Fake Street in the address column. If you are going to cheat, at least be creative. Keep in mind that an actual human being verifies these registrations before any account is activated. Your registration was therefore deleted and your email account was banned as well. Standard procedure when we get these bogus registrations. So, it serves you best to fill out the form correctly as requested the first time. If you want to be a member of this forum, you will provide the info. we request. Therefore, get it right the first time. We verify all information before any account is approved.


These are the major reasons why your email address has been "banned" and why you can not use them. Our goal is to provide a safe trading community. It's a free service, remember that. Thank you.
